We are a Netherlands based company, with an office in Thailand and operate web servers hosted in The Netherlands. Our hosting provider HOSTNET B.V. adheres to the EU “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant.
To receive product support, you have to have one or more purchase codes from our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.
We use Google Analytics on our site for anonymous reporting of site usage. So, no personalized data is stored.

- RELEASE OF YOUR DATA FOR LEGAL PURPOSES
Due to client confidentiality Expatriate Counseling shall not release your information in response to a request from a government agency or a private litigant. In the event that we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we will contact you first to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena.
